I don't think he's the most amazing actor ever, but does have a likeable air.

And Colin Firth is hot in an older, smoldering, sexy-accent kind of way.

~cough, cough~ Some of us don't think he's really that much older, LOL.

Agreed. This made me curious so I just looked it up on IMDB and Hugh Grant (9/9/60) and Colin Firth (9/10/60) were born a day apart!

OMG -- they are both almost 50!

Um, 53

While I'm not attracted to Hugh Grant, I can totally enjoy watching Notting Hill or that sappy music movie he did with Drew Barrymore.

I'm speechless. To each her own, I guess, but I could not disagree more.

+1.

Colin Firth is the bees knees.

Getting caught with a hooker giving you a blow job while Elizabeth Hurley is your long-time girlfriend.

Am I that old that I am the only one that remembers this?

No, you are not. I called him a trash-dick in an earlier post. This is part if what I meant. He'd stick it in any old trash and he was (is?) just generally a jerk.

And sorry, but, I agree, Co.in Firth is ugly, not unattractive, not not my taste, but ugly as in not good looking at all. Bleach. Hugh grant isn't actually good looking either. He just had some soft eyed romantic long haired English look that came off cute and sexy. He aged out of that look though which is largely why he is no longer an A list actor.

Peter Pan syndrome. He also just had 2 babies with 2 dift women within months of each other. Klassy.

And yes, Clive Owen is a hottie!

For the win!

He looks so old and haggard. He looks like an old Brit.

I agree that HG may not always show a lot of range and he may be a grump in real life but he was terrific in About A Boy. That was a great little movie.
