Another one: What happened to Hugh Grant

Hugh Grant's image was too opposite of the reality of who he was IRL after all the scandals he was part of. he seemed so sweet in movies but was a trash-dick IRL.

I can't remember where I read this, but apparently he was such an asshole on the Daily Show set while promoting some terrible recent movie (the one about the witness protection program I think?) that they will never have him back.

Yeah, Jon Stewart called him the worst Daily Show guest of all time. Hugh Grant responded and agreed with him. Here was Hugh Grant's Twitter response:
"Turns out my inner crab got the better of me with TV producer in 09. Unforgivable. J Stewart correct to give me kicking."

One of my all time favorite movies!! I've always had a sift spot for Hugh Grant. And Colin Firth.

While I'm not attracted to Hugh Grant, I can totally enjoy watching Notting Hill or that sappy music movie he did with Drew Barrymore.

I'm speechless. To each her own, I guess, but I could not disagree more.

+1.

Oh my goodness, Colin Firth ugly? Seriously?

I could never get into The English Patient because the idea that Kristin Scott Thomas would cheat on Colin Firth--and with Ralph Fiennes, no less!--was patently ridiculous, LOL.

It's one thing to say he's not to your taste or not attractive to you. It's another thing to call him "ugly." I mean, come on.

have you seen Valmont? He was terrific in that, not dour at all.

I don't think he's the most amazing actor ever, but does have a likeable air.

And Colin Firth is hot in an older, smoldering, sexy-accent kind of way.

~cough, cough~ Some of us don't think he's really that much older, LOL.

I loved HG in Love Actually and Notting Hill. Agree that Oclin Firth is not as cute and a bit of a downer.

If you like Colin Firth, see Apartment Zero. Great actor, but I'd rather shag Hugh Grant.

Agreed. This made me curious so I just looked it up on IMDB and Hugh Grant (9/9/60) and Colin Firth (9/10/60) were born a day apart!
