I just looked at the enrollment information for my top school linked here: http://www.myschooldc.org/enroll/how-enroll-your-child/ ...and the health forms are required on May 1. It may vary by school. I've always just paid a fee and sent a self addressed, stamped envelope to our pediatrician for the health form we needed for daycare and preschool. But that's usually at the end of the summer. They're all going to be overwhelmed by this May deadline. |

I logged on and this is the first time I'm seeing that the deadline for round 2 application is May 15--two weeks after the enrollment deadline. They're really making sure that no one holds on to seats waiting for list movement. You're going to know how your list moved.
I suppose some people could still give up seats as late as September but it's less likely |
