Are we in the low or middle of HHI for WJ cluster?

OP here14:55 and 15:06 - You guys answered the gist of my question. We are at this HHI on one income also, but live modestly. We wouldn't fit into a place where a certain amount of pomp and show was the norm - and from what I hear there are places where even on this income live more expensively.

Jeez, "all the way over there." It borders the unincorporated part of Kensington that goes to the much maligned Einstein. Horrors!

What no one has mentioned is that this house sold for a mere $303,000 in May of this year. Even with the reno, that doesn't add up.

If it added up there will be zero profit, no?
