She means the ones that are ten miles further out than Arlington. Because of course those are going to be just as desirable. |
Maybe you should get out of your bubble and take a look at the silver line and other orange line developments which benefits from Tysons developments and also the dulles corridor. |
Why do you care what she thinks? Why are you so intent on showing some negative impact to Arlington? What did Arlington ever do to you? I feel like I'm dealing with my kids. "You just worry about yourself. Leave your sister alone." |

The front living room needs staging help. Lose build-in bookshelf next to the fireplace looks rickety and highlights the fact that, combined with the built in cover on the radiator, there aren't many possibilities for laying out furniture. It also makes the room look lopsided and makes you notice how tiny windows are throughout. The dining room awkward table, piano, cabinet placement reinforces the feeling you won't have a lot of choices for layout.
After that disappointment, nothing special in the house pulls it back up. |

Sometimes I feel like I am completely out of touch with mainstream thought, LOL.
I LOVE radiator steam heat. No other heat comes close in terms of comfort. I also love that pink bathroom (tile is in great shape), the beautiful old floors and all that original woodwork. I don't like the kitchen, which is probably the only thing some others DO like. LOL. |
