| Still seems priced a little bit high, but not too far off IMO. The exterior could be cleaned up - particularly the landscaping. Backyard looks neglected and pitiful. Overall it has some nice features and some meh features. |

| Cute house, but I think the location might be turning off some people - Pershing and Washington are both pretty major streets at that point, and the house is super close to both. Also yeah, it's a pretty high price PSF. |
| Great location, and you might be surprised how quiet the streets off of Wash Blvd can be. Unfortunately 85 days is excessively long in the current Arlington market - the market has spoken, it is overpriced still, and at 900K initial list started off as WAY over. They might've shot themselves in the foot on this one. |
| It's a great house for retirees, DINKs or maybe a one kid family. But that's a small market. Add that to the price and I think you have your answer. |
