Her first name. It's kind of a joke, bcs she told me to call her that after I had been dating DH for about 6 months. DH' BIL had been married to his sister for 20 years at that point, and he kept saying, "WAIT!! She gets to call you FirstName that fast?? I had to wait 15 years!" If kids are around I'll call her Nana.

My sister calls her MIL "mom," but NEVER in front of our mom!

Originally, her first name but it's the same as mine. I know, a little weird but not that confusing until our DS was born. Now I just call her Grandma now that we are trying to teach him our (DH and my)first names.
