Yes, he is most certainly molesting his own child. However, he is doing a very good job at covering his tracks. People who molest others eventually get sloppy after a while OP and sooner or later he will.

The fact that he is accusing you of doing it without any type of reason is a HUGE red flag that he is abusing his kid. Document times/days he accuses you and call CPS.

Please please please do not fall for any of his charming crap that will come when you break it off. He will try to win you back. It will get much much worse if you stay
