Ibuprofen for heavy menstrual flow

FWIW, I used to have fairly heavy periods in my early/mid 40's. Now that I'm in my later 40's they are more like normal periods just less predictable.

I've never taken anything for them and I've never had any sort of procedures (other than a tubal after my second child was born). But I certainly can understand why someone would.....at this point, I'm just going to ride it out until the finish.
