What is happening with the old Shaw Middle School at Rhode Island & 11th, NW?

The building is privately owned, so not a surprise it's gone condo.

Any word on what is happening to the former Booker T Washington / ITS / Shining Stars complex? I heard a rumor they were selling the whole thing, but I don't know if that happened.
