| 69 during the day and overnight but I sometimes bump it up to 71 during the day when I am home. |
Same here. Turning it down at night saves little money, we do it because we sleep better when it is cooler. I'm amazed at the people who have the heat in the 70s! |
|
We have the thermostat set to 70 day, 66 night. It is likely not those exact temperatures except anywhere except right next to the thermostat, because our house is drafty, and the upstairs is noticeably warmer than the downstairs.
When our teens go to college, we will probably set it colder at night. We are fine sleeping when it is down to something like 60, but they stay up much later than us doing homework at their desks and we don’t want them to be freezing. |
| 69 dude! |
+1 This is us. Our vents in the bedroom are in the ceiling. I don’t like heat blowing on my while I’m sleeping. It dries up my nasal passages. I do use a heated mattress pad and LOVE IT!!!! |
+1 Me too. 70 is too warm. We do 62 also. |
| 72 all day and night. |
Same here! Love the cold! Had our windows open all day today. It was like Spring! |
+1 |
| I just leave it at 68 most of the time. |
| 62 at night and 64 during the day. Otherwise, way too hot. My kids wear a sweater if they are chilly. |
This. |
| at night and I sleep under a few blankets. I have an electric blanket I can turn on for a little while if I really get cold. |
|
I do't know how some of you sleep at night with temps over 70--that's craziness!
63 here (65/66 day). Sleeping under blankets in a cool room is ideal for sleeping. |
| 65 now at night and it’s the warmest it’s ever been to sleep for the kids. I am sleeping with the window open. We used to keep it at 60! I don’t know how some of you are sleeping in these warm houses. |
