Schedule D&C or wait to miscarry?

OP - PP 11:28 here. I'm so glad to hear that it worked out (of course, to the degree that this horrible thing CAN "work out") . I've been thinking about you a lot and hoping for the best outcome possible for you.

Good luck with your recovery, the grieving process and with your next steps. It's rough but there are so so many people I know who had a m/c and went on to have happy healthy pregnancies. I hope you are one of them.

Sending good vibes that your recovery is quick and that you are back on your feet soon. Take care of yourself.

OP, thank you for this post. I was told over a week ago that my pregnancy is not viable, but I haven't started bleeding yet. It's helpful to know that you felt closure after the D&C--that's really what I'm looking for right now. I wish you the best as you get through this tough time.

21:35 - I'm so so sorry to hear about your loss. I do feel better after the D&C, and I am very glad that I did it. The OB was also able to save the embryo for karyotyping. It is important to me to know if there was something wrong with the embryo, or if there is something wrong with my ability to carry a baby again. I wish you all the best, and I hope you find some peace and closure soon.
