How are hummus, veggies, and fruit junk food? Or homemade popcorn or even cheese?

Sweet: Hot Tamales, Sourpatch Kids, Dr. Pepper flavored Jelly Bellies, dark chocolate snowcaps (by the fistful).

Salty: Flamin' Hot Cheetos, Zapp's Chips, Garrett Popcorn Chicago Mix, French fries with hot sauce, cheddar cheese and green onions.

White cheddar Cheez-its here too! With a glass of wine. My friend calls it white trash cocktail hour.

They're MY junk food. Higher in fats..I don't eat processed foods bc I have Lyme disease.

But do you consider them "guilty pleasures" ? What's your "non-junk" food?

Homemade onion dip is SO MUCH better and easy to make. Just take a packet of Lipton Onion soup mix and pour into a 16 oz container of sour cream (full fat, not low fat, please), stir and let sit overnight. So much better than any premade dips including Helluva.

Definitely a guilty pleasure...can sit and scoop potato chips into this and have to portion myself or I can go through way too much of this in a sitting.

I am generally a very healthy eater, and I don't really like junk food in general. However, there are some items that I consider triggers for me, that I just can't even have one or else I will gorge until I am sick. I just avoid these entirely now:

Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal (eaten dry, by the handful)
Cool Ranch Doritos
Snyders Honey Mustard & Onion Pretzel Nibblers

I also have a hard time controlling myself with chips and salsa, so now I only have it at restaurants, and only if they are really good quality.
