Not at all during the week. A couple of glasses of wine on Saturday for sure, and occasionally a drink on Friday or Sunday. I don't drink more because it's pure weight gain for me, although I enjoy it. |
Excessively, once every other month or so when I go out with girlfriends. Like 5 or 6 drinks.
Otherwise, never. I can not justify the calories. I'd rather have ice cream. |
3-4 drinks in an evening, 2-4 nights a week. Usually some form of whisky (scotch, rye or Irish - hate bourbon). I like beer and wine too, but I don't keep it in the house because that amount would go straight to my waistline. |
