| wow, you all are making me wish i'd bought my first house in Pimmit Hills instead of where I did. I looked at SFH for $150K-$170K in PH back in 1999 and decided against it because there were so many cars up on blocks. bought a townhouse near Vienna metro instead, for $145K. Ended up selling for $325K, which is still decent, but damn. could have made a lot more! |

It's a very nice area, with some of the highest housing appreciation in the region in recent years. Beautiful homes, great schools, nice people who work in many different areas and industries. |
