Yikes! I'm an AM or PM exerciser, but my commute is either nothing, as I can WFH, or I go in tot he office which is a 15min commute. So compare me to you, I get an extra 1.5-2hrs more time that I don't spend on the road..and that is how I find time to work out outside of lunch (though I do sometimes run or something like that at lunch). I still could not get my AM/PM gym time in without the help of my husband, no matter the commute. |
| During weekdays, I work out in the evenings after the kids are in bed. Twice a week (wednesday evening and Saturday morning) I have a pilates session at the gym. |
