great way to promote regulating studies conducted on humans
"
Companies are not required to report—and do not report—all studies conducted overseas. According to the database, of the 290 trials for Celebrex, 183 took place in the United States, meaning, one would assume, that 107 took place in other countries. But an informal, country-by-country accounting by VANITY FAIR turned up no fewer than 207 Celebrex trials in at least 36 other countries. They ranged from 1 each in Estonia, Croatia, and Lithuania to 6 each in Costa Rica, Colombia, and Russia, to 8 in Mexico, 9 in China, and 10 in Brazil. But even these numbers understate the extent of the foreign trials. For example, the database lists five Celebrex trials in Ukraine, but just “one” of those trials involved studies in 11 different Ukrainian cities."

How can anyone put faith in these studies after reviewing WHAT funded them?
It's so pathetic how so many think they have control over their lives. just pawns . . .

So what's the force behind science? as in funding?

I already see government mentioned three times on this page.
FDA, anyone?
And then there's big pharma, which, with its strong lobbyists, is in bed with the government.

How do you know this? Who cares what simple physics says?
Isn't it possible that advanced technology has been hidden from the masses?
How many have even scanned some of the CIA FOIA documents related to aliens?

The earth cares what simple physics says. I think the question is who cares what a bunch of conspiracy theorists say?
Inject a bunch of water into the fault line dam a river nearby, or strip mine a huge amount of earth on one side of the fault and pile it up on the other. There's a plausible basis for building a conspiracy theory.
I put faith in science, not government.
Big Pharma is not government. If you dislike them that is a separate discussion. They aren't really big into Seismology.
The FDA is a regulator of industry. They don't fund or control science. Again, VERY LITTLE Seismology going on there.
NASA? Eh, they have a role, mostly remote seismology.
But the remote sensors around the world are mostly operated by university scientists. And there is no man in a black suit whisking away with printouts whenever an incident happens.
