I think rhines looks perfect in that last pic. Not emaciated, just lean and strong.
But that said, she seems to be working super duper hard to look that way; not her natural bod. But for thinner women who are born that way this look is perfection!

Agree, I think she looks terrible. Her chest is caving in and it looks like her body is literally eating away at her muscle. I have never been a fan but I hope she gets help.
