Idiot. Haitians fleeing violence in Haiti (and granted TPS status) have settled everywhere in the country. There's good odds that if you are hospitalized in, say, Wisconsin or Nebraska the nurse assistant will be a Haitian person.
Programs like TPS are meant to benefit people who are in danger. However, the reality is that undocumented immigrants have the highest workforce participation of any group. There is no "free stuff" for them. Same is true of immigrants generally regardless of background, except for wealthy wives who keep slaves.
