Palm Springs CA St. Augustine NYC always ❤️ yr round Rush Creek Lodge Yosemite Rustic Inn Jackson Hole Santa Fe PR/AK and for that age group HI/Maui Islamorada/Marathon in Fl Keys GCanyon combined with Page AZ + Vegas (but I actually think it's super fun seeing shows in Vegas esp that age) I'm going to level with you, other than additional destinations out west in MT/UT/CO - that's kinda it. The resorts out west are awesome and totally different than East - I would never go to Greenbriar or Nemencolin after experiencing w coast resorts esp for that age group. I find SD/SF actually kinda boring in terms of a family holiday unless you are doing Seaworld or something specific there. Portland/Seattle is sheer beauty roadtrips but less those age groups as it's beautiful but that age group is more about activity v scenery. My kids loved scenery a but older 10+. Ditto for Flagstaff/Sedona/UT Arches, et al. |

30A in Florida for the classic beach trip. We love Seaside/Watercolor.
Disney San Antonio for history/culture/food Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge Nashville for a long weekend |
My kids also loved Sleeping Bear dunes/Traverse city. |
| What do you like to do? Our family visited family and tend to work in National Parks. We were backpacking with our kid when he was 7, which he loves and we continue to do. The beach is always great. We wills tart to go to a few more cities to visit some historic sites and museums mixed in with baseball games and other outdoor activities in near by areas. |
