Responsive to parents, understands early childhood development (a lot of change happens from 5-11 years old), instills a culture of respect and warmth, allocates their resources to maximize the potential of underserved school populations (for example SPED not just Equity), focuses on foundational skills kids will always need.

+2 for Ron Morris. He has been great for Jones Lane. The previous principal was so hands off. Mr.Morris is funny and cares about all the kids. He makes sure the Jones Lane island also gets to attend the after school activities - like sending a county bus to the apartments for Book Fair so those kids could also be part of it. Very inclusive Principal.
