How is this area for East Asian families?

Mayor Barry was so racist against Asian people, the DC government even put up a statue to honor him (true story).

It's fine. It is probably one of the better places in the country for Asians. East Asians here are mostly 2nd and third generation now. Very assimilated. Indian population seems to be more first generation.

Frisco Townhall last night. Look at this Cub Scouts lineup…only TWO White kids in the whole group.

The replacement pipeline everywhere you turn, yet you’re called a racist for pointing it out.

If you think Scouts represent great Western/American values then you should be happy that immigrants' kids (who likely were born here) are buying in to "your" values. That's assimilation right there. Not some great plan to bring foreign values to Frisco.

How is your sitting president doing on racism against Asians? Where is the evidence on that? There are bad apples within every race. This one example can be countered with many politicians who have been and are very supportive of Asians. Please don’t come for Blacks, we have been through WAY more and its still not done, probably never will be.

Oh and guess what...I bet those kids all get along and are civil because they have something fun in common.

Asians are eternally grateful to President Trump, for making SFFA v. Harvard possible.

And why don’t you ask K. Patel or Usha Vance if they believe Trump hates Asians?

(hint: Trump loves Asian Americans and will continue to protect and promote them. Democrats? - not so much).

First of all, it’s Scouting America now.

And second, Scouting stands now for division, equity, inclusion, and access.

Scouting stands for division? What.

Grew up in Ellicott City in the 90s. Thought it was a very balanced demographics with plenty of Asians, but not overwhelmingly so.

Then my family moved to SF where my school was almost 50% Asian and felt like I fit in for the first time. I moved to Arlington a year ago with my Korean husband for work and we are now expecting. I want to have at least 2 kids and was wondering how is this area for Asian families? I know it is much more diverse and accepting here than the Midwest, but it still doesn’t have as many Asians as SF. I’m just worried my kids will grow up being bullied or feeling like outsiders here. The experience I had was traumatizing and I don’t want my kids to go through the same so was wondering if I should move back to SF or NY.

Safer than any red state but have. your papers in order. You are next on Millers list.

Let's make it clear you don't speak for (all or most) Asians.
