Hmmm, you might study the end of the French Revolution before you say that. I don’t know your station in life but rich is relative. And, I guarantee that someone or group would consider you rich, as would apply to most of DCUM land.

Cite your source making that connection other than your own bigotry. Most legitimate economists have cited rents coming down because there was a construction boom in 2024 that caused an oversupply of housing in many markets.
