Makeup 💄 if applied right, highlights a woman’s facial features and gives her a polished + refreshed appearance.
It cannot make an unattractive woman instantly beautiful but it can make her look 💯x better. |
The study I saw was asking the women. Only a small minority wore it every day. About 1 1/3 never wore it and the remaining wore it sometimes but not everyday. |
| Wearing makeup, especially foundation and powder clogs your skin pores up which then lead to unattractive blemishes. |

Declining use in women, increasing use in men. |
A study on women wearing makeup? I can see a random query, but not a study. And it would also be influenced by where the query is done. I guarantee you more than 1/3 of women are wearing some makeup (blush, mascara, lip gloss) in the corporate world. |
My completely anecdotal experience and gut says that people who were working during the pandemic, they ended up wearing less makeup due to losing the habit, remote work, etc. Young kids are wearing more full face and stuff due to social media. |

You must like this girl if you knew all this about her and still made her your girlfriend. Why are you even asking? Yes, it is bothersome that someone takes so long to get ready to leave the house, but you seem to like the arm candy.
I dated a guy who told me her preferred someone natural (aka no makeup). He was an outdoorsy, loved to hike and camp, kind of guy. He ended up marrying a high maintenance face full of makeup (think: lashes, bright red lips) kind of girl. So in my experience, even if guys say they want someone natural, they do actually prefer the higher maintenance look (and once she steps out looking great, guys forget how long they waited). |
| I don't know but I won't be able to trust a woman who put so much make-up to hide her blemishes. |
That's a good point. She would be very insecure to have all this work done and always having make-up on. It is tiring and unproductive for your life unless you are in that kind of position and also talks about her self-esteem issues. |
This. My early 20s niece who has beautiful skin wears full-face makeup due to instagram and TikTok. |
you probably beieve a diamond is the ultimate symbol of love |

I like my woman without makeup, yes.
But I will say that a lot of middle aged white women look MUCH better with makeup. Dating in middle age, I've been shocked to see what some post menopausal white women look like in the morning. |

I love when my wife wears make up, skirts, high heels, black leggings, perfume and a whole bunch of other stuff. These are not all done for me but sometimes they are and it makes me feel good.
My wife is pretty without makeup, but when the eyeliner goes on the top and the bottom I know she wants me to make out with her in the pantry. |
So sorry to be getting old. Not. |
I am a black man and I do not think there is a difference between how White and Other women look like without makeup as they age. It's calling aging PP. We all age. Get it lol! Some people start taking care of their skin, diet and body long before their 40s so those people may "age better" but sooner or later they will look like just any other old person. Don't fear again. Instead you should fear missing out on life. |
