Perhaps not, and return options depend on the item. Again, read the return page FOR YOUR ITEM, it has all the available options. Don't bring something into WF if you haven't clicked on that specific option. |
No, you're nasty because you're jumping to conclusions without verifying what your return possibilities were. |
That’s a good point. People assuming OP made a click error processing the return are likely incorrect. It was probably just OP’s first time returning a non-Amazon processed item that didn’t actually have a free return option. |
That happens at UPS too. But for some reason it was different for this item. If you weren't notified, you should complain. But likely you were notified. |
Same at Amazon Fresh grocery stores. I take my returns there, scan my code, and pay $0 |
IT DEPENDS ON THE ITEM. |
The item may not have been returnable for free. Or OP missed something. Either way, not the fault of UPS. |
+1 |
Kohls, Staples, and Whole Foods each generate unique return QR codes for their store. So no, you can’t drop off returns at different retailer your return and QR code was assigned to. |
It is item specific. I think WF returns are limited by size of the item because they don’t have that much space. I had to do a large item return recently and my drop off options were much more limited. And you need to return it at the place you selected. |
| They've been trying to charge me $1 for UPS returns. I don't think so. |
And besides kohls or whole foods they all cost even if you print your own return label they will charge $1 for UPS store return even if it's the closest place to your house. |
UPS is a free option, at least sometimes, if you bought an item that has free returns. All free options are listed when yo start your return. You don’t even need to print the label - they will scan it. This really seems to be a you problem. |
| You must be dirt poor, OP. Good heavens |
I don't know what they charged op for but they're charging some customers $1 for basic prime purchases that were labeled "free returns" and this is printing your own label NOT them printing one for you. It's a scam. It doesn't sound like a lot but when when you're doing that to a billion customers that's a lot of money. |
