Patty or Patti.
Not Patsy ever.

Sorry, but to me it’s a pretty bad name. Use your mom’s middle name or else another P namr?

Agree it's a bad name.

Use it as a middle name. I don't like any of the nickname options.

Other nicknames: Pixie, Pippa, Polly, Trixie

Not yet. That generation of names (Patricia, Linda, Susan/Sue, Debbie, Kim, Carole, Marcia, etc) will probably be trendy again in 20 years or so though.

If you must, patsy is an older nickname than Trisha so I’d definitely call her patsy. Calling her Trisha would be like calling her Jan or something. Just really bad.

I think it’s sweet that you want to name her after your mom. And it has the advantage that everyone can spell it and pronounce it, and she’ll probably be the only one in the class. Patsy and Trish(a) are both fine.

I hope lil Frank and Marge are doing well

Frank and Margaret iterations (Margo, Maggie, Margie, etc) have been trendy for a decade. Patricia, no.
