Yes, I’m a little bit of a basket case but people tend to like me because I’m funny and don’t take myself very seriously. Also I smile and act excited to see people and always greet people first. I’m not rich, sophisticated, exceptionally attractive or any of those things. |

| And in my case I’m not magnetic in the same way you described but I do have a lot of friends and get invited often to things. I think I win people over in time but not that initial quality you talked about, maybe it’s lack of confidence or those other qualities I don’t have so can get overlooked at first glance but perhaps you can play the long game and not worry so much if you don’t have that it factor. |
