I'm not a big fan, but she did manage to become an A list star and make millions of dollars. It seems petty to fault her for dropping out when she's clearly wildly successful. She obviously made the right choice for her.

Sydney has the distinction of starring in the biggest box office bomb in history. I believe before her, it was Blake lively’s rhythm section that held the distinction for the biggest cinematic bomb in history.

Sydney’s career is taking a big hit. I believe her people saw this coming and that’s why she was doing all the endorsements lately. Jeans! Soap! Ice cream! These are not the moves of someone who has an acting career ahead of them.

Agree; Sweeney is a rising star and incredibly talented.

She looks stoned 900% of the time and sounds kind of garbled when she talks. Unsure what you’re seeing there beyond the obvious she’s not a good actress. The only thing she’s done that seemed effective was handmaid’s Tale and her character was completely unlikable and kind of stupid, so it might’ve just been her face.

She’s married with a couple kids now. A lot of actresses cut back on roles while they’re raising a family - Jessica Alba, Eva Mendes, Cameron Diaz, etc. They don’t want to leave their families for weeks/months at a time.

Once her kids are older, she’ll probably have a bigger comeback.
