I wonder why? Surely the tunnels under schools and hospitals are for the protection of children and civilians.

There are hundreds of miles of tunnels. None of it was built to shelter civilians and civilians are not allowed in there. Other countries build bomb shelters for civilians. Why hasn’t Hamas done that?
