Yeah I think JLG is super popular in Ward 4 but I’m not sure how she’d do citywide.

She isn't popular in my Ward 4 neighborhood that is for sure!

Bowser is an extremely mediocre politician who only gets reelected because she never, ever has a credible challenger. Have you ever me anyone who loves or even likes Bowser? Nobody loves Bowser and nobody fears her either. People vote for Bowser because 1. the alternative is invariably worse and 2. People want Bowser to be a check on the band of kooks who run our city council. I could see Pinto knocking her off.

I would never vote for a candidate because they’re white, but I’m sure plenty of people in DC would not vote for a candidate because they’re white (remember when Anita Bonds said it was important for her to win because she’s black?). Is that racism?

JLG is horrible imo. She panders and protects suspects.
