What does quirky mean on DCUM?

It still means that to me! If I’m describing someone on the spectrum, I’ll just say they’re on the spectrum.

Being socially awkward does not mean a person has a disorder like “on the spectrum” . People have strengths and weaknesses. Anxiety brings forth awkwardness in a lot of people. It can be worked on but some people will only ever be truly comfortable only with close friends and family.
