This is why employers care about major - it’s not a guarantee a Sociology, English, etc. major from Princeton is that smart. Engineering, you can flunk out.

You just never know what these colleges are looking for.

DC’s friend (white girl from small town) got into Harvard with sub 1400 SAT and rejected from Princeton and all other selective schools.

Another friend with top test scores was accepted to Harvard, Stanford and Yale, but also rejected from Princeton.
