The dirty secret: anyone can "act" with enough opportunities and practice. That's why relationships are so important in Hollywood.

No, some people cannot act to save their lives even with tons of money and time for coaching. There needs to be a seed of natural ability.

Not that it matters in this situation, but as an Austinite and a Longhorn, I am so sick of this family.

Everyone gave him a hard time for years for being all try-hard and arrogant.

Now he's trying to rebrand himself as one of the boys and all plebe.

"I'm just a regular guy yall, not a rich celebrity! Alright alright alright."

If you believe that I have a bridge to sell you. You don't think they knew the kid?

+1 Someone would have made a call. But yes, Matthew can tell that story about the last name so no one calls his kid a nepo baby.

Plus that kid has gone to tons of events where he's been photographed with his dad. Anyone who knows how to use digital identification software could ID him in a minute as Matthew's kid.

Goes on location with daddy, whole family

I remember Tori Spelling telling a similar story about how she got the Donna role on 90210. Right!

Even I know what his kid looks like without seeing his name from the pap and red carpet photos the past few years.

You think a Hollywood casting doesn’t know? Lol

She and the Mcconaughay kid can be members of the “born on third but convinced they hit a triple” club.

Come on. People on the industry know who his kid is

Levi being incognito is highly improbable and Matthew trying to spin it this way is not a good look.
