If it was a person with Lee kuan yew level executive leadership, then federalizing dc rule would be excellent.

Cameras on every corner, drones to surveil, caning to bring cleanliness and order to the streets.

If there's one thing we can say for sure about DC crime, it's that deploying the national guard won't do anything.

Unless he's sending them to live with kids I guess or changing the laws. Otherwise, no. We've never had trouble arresting them. That's not where the problems are.
