I like plain white vinegar - is this weird?

Ah, that makes sense. I like my ribs without the sauce and DD puts the sauce on after, or I put it towards the end of cooking on her part.

I feel like I’m the only one who absolutely detests vinegar in any form. That really limits my kinds of salad dressings.

But I do like sour things and particularly lemons

Me too! I've tried some other vinegars and I really don't like them. Now any time a recipe calls for ACV or red wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar, I just sub basic distilled white vinegar and like it better.

I clean with it. It’s fantastic on hard water stains.
