So what you’re saying is:

1) Iran didn’t have a nuke program and wasn’t pursuing a nuclear weapon

AND

2) Iran’s nuclear weapons program is only insignificantly affected by the bombings, and will only suffer a few week’s delay in getting a working nuclear weapon.
