Also, the CBA only covers 3 years — the extreme commute could still have this problem in 2027 even if they honored the CBA This is how employment has worked for most Americans and unfortunately it now does that as well for Feds, which means they will likely be unable to hire for a generation unless we get a crushing recession. |
