Trump issuing an EO to nationalize a private company is not going to happen. How many people will want to invest in technology companies knowing that Trump can just issue an EO to make the company his?

An EO is not a law. Trump is not a king.

It is when congress allows it. Trump is king and his will is law.

Again, you should not rely on logic when trying to determine what Trump will do. The only certainty is that Trump will hold a grudge and seek petty retribution. Really the question is will Trump take his anger out on EVs or the whole tech sector.
