No he's not. Who is going to put up the intelligence satellites? It will cost at least twice as much to put them up without the reusable booster. SpaceX is always the lowest bidder because they have reusable boosters. Can Trump just decide to waste taxpayer money because of some petty argument? I think Musk will have a pretty big lawsuit if government contracts are no longer based on competitive bidding.

Musk is a US citizen. I doubt that he is giving national security secrets to Canada or South Africa (where he also has citizenship). There are plenty of Americans who are threats to our national security by the way (I'm sure you know some). So bring the evidence for this "threat" business.
