UK, France and Canada threaten sanctions on Israel for potential war crimes; UK suspends trade and recalls ambassador

To be fair, leaders of these countries have domestic pressure groups that support so-called anti-Israel positions.

Palestinians have lived there since time immemorial. What is happening is genocide. Zionists are extremists, and Hamas needs to go. Zionists and Hamas have been making sure this happens together. Does Hamas really care for the everyday Palestinian person?
The reality is they are not able to get food. When you are in war and you cannot get supplies, you should surrender rather than risk losing your whole country. This is the advice Barack Obama gave to Ukraine's then leader 11 years ago.

There are thousands of trucks literally lined up at the border.

It is Israel that is not allowing the trucks in.

It is Israel that is not allowing the aid to be distributed.

It is Israel that bombed all, or nearly, of the agriculture in Gaza.

It is Israel that kills the fisherman that try to catch fish in the sea.

This is not just "they are not able to get food." It is Israel that is actively preventing them from getting any kind of food in any way possible. And it is a war crime. History will judge these war criminals and the people who supported them, like you.

Correction, it is the world that is allowing this. There is no reason that Israel should be allowed to control all the traffic between Palestine and other people.

Australia is finally also condemning Israel's behavior.

Pretty soon Israel will be viewed as "pariah state" universally as Yair Golan, Israeli chief of army, has stated because “A sane country does not wage war against civilians, does not kill babies as a pastime, and does not engage in mass population displacement"

You mean their populations are disgusted by Israel’s action. Unlike the US where our politicians are controlled by Israeli billionaires.

But yes, let’s just blame the American college students for having the audacity to protest these atrocities.

Why has Washington for decades been pouring gazillions of our tax dollars into Israel?

Why?

For those who think bringing up other global conflicts undermines the justification for opposing this particular one …

Has the U.S. spent over $300 billion propping up just one of the sides in those other conflicts, like we have for Israel?

No.

Has the U.S. spent the past 60 + years obstructing justice and the will of the majority of our global citizenry by obstructing U.N. resolutions on behalf of just one of the sides in those other conflicts, like we have for Israel?

No.

Has the U.S. persistently attacked economically and eventually militarily just one of the sides in those other conflicts (incurring trillions in debt and suffering tens of thousands of American casualties), overthrowing the governments of multiple neighboring nations, like we have done for Israel?

If you still don’t understand why Israel is deserving of every ounce of criticism it gets, you need to acquaint yourself with history and with facts. Bottom line: those opposed to what has occurred in Gaza are on the right side of history.

You? You’re just playing the lousy role of a 21st century genocide denier. Lame.

Yes, eliminate it politically just like apartheid South Africa and Nazi Germany

Good. Way past time. Any additional help from the US makes Trump complicit and he should also be tried as a war criminal and profiteer.

Let’s say Israel is eliminated. Does that bring peace to the region? Will ME countries finally treat Gazans with respect? Where will the displaced Israelis go?

Something has to give in the Gaza/Israel/West Bank region. Not sure what it is but m not sure anyone is prepared for what comes after the Israel’s are subdued or eliminated.
