Old Man Trump Falls Asleep in Middle of Saudi Briefing on Arms Deal

I’ve fallen asleep in meetings with Saudis and I’m about half Trumps age. Why? Mostly travel and stress and jet lag.

Then you are not very good at your job, nor is Trump.

I’m very good at my job. Sometimes when working 7 days a week straight traveling around the world biology catches up with you. I can only go on three or four hours sleep a night for so long.

Sure, he is close to 80 and got tired at some point but he has remarkable energy and stamina for his age.

Trump gave a phenomenal speech?

You may be very good at your job, but you are not the president of the United States. Staying awake is literally the least he needs to to do.

or - hear me out - he's an old man who often can't stay awake due to age and other factors. hey i can't stay awake in meetings, either, a lot of the time! i'm not old - i just can't sit still like that in a cold room or a warm room or any kind of room. good thing i'm not president!

Now I know you are lying. He has never given a speech that was even close to phenomenal. he couldn't give a phenomenal speech if his life depended on it. My toddler could give a better speech than him.

I never thought I would see the day when his speech could be good but the one he gave in Saudi Arabia was really good. He torched the war mongers and carved a new path for American relations.

Totally agree with your analysis. I hate Trump but this speech had me on the edge of my seat. The way he was able to capture the hearts and minds of the Saudi audience was unprecedented and I, for one, am extremely excited about a partnership that we actually benefit for once. I look forward to this being the first stepping stone towards an "America first" policy in the middle east.

We can't have Presidents falling asleep on camera, going off on lengthy tangents when asked questions, repeating nonsense words and being uncertain on their feet, all of which Trump and Biden have done in various ways.

So I strongly disagree. Yes, Trump may be sharp for his age. But not enough for the Presidency.

I hope you are right. I readily admit that I am not a Trump supporter and wonder what the king con is for him and his family. With that said, if we as a country can begin to benefit for our presence in the ME opposed to our current positions, I am ready for the transition.

Holy smokes. Slow clap for this fine bit of satire.

Trump to UAE president: "We have a term 'groceries.' It's an old term but it means basically what you're buying, food, it's a pretty accurate term but it's an old fashioned sound but groceries are down."
