Our presidents pre-2016 all had their flaws but we could mostly count on them to be competent and mentally alert 24-7. We have Reagan hell back in the late 80s for being too old and senile because he was relative to what was the norm back then but he was leaps and bounds more mentally fit than the two clowns who have occupied The White House since 2016.
