It said the sixth inmate was a U.S. citizen with ties to a different gang.
"Five of the individuals responsible for this senseless attack should never have been in this country in the first place," Chad Dotson, director of the Virginia Department of Corrections, said in a statement. "Every single day, our officers put their lives on the line to ensure public safety for the more than 8.8 million people across the Commonwealth. This attack is an example of the dangers they face when they show up to work every day."
Working in prisons is super dangerous. Thousands of guards are attacked every year. It's weird that you're so preoccupied with this particular instance. It seems like you really just hate immigrants and are looking for a reason to justify that hate.
Well, just for starters - these murderers and rapists were not supposed to be in the country in the first place. We have enough of our own murderers and rapists. Secondly, I haven't heard anything about a premeditated attack on prison guards by a group of inmates in a very long time. Have you? If so, post it.
And finally, do keep up your defense of
violent illegal gang members - because that's who we're talking about here. I'm sure you'll continue trying to spin this as if these thugs were the salt of the earth who deserve our compassion and empathy. This is why no one takes Democrats seriously. You are not serious people.
