If one or two players are pushing your kid off the roster, he was not going to be in the mix to begin with - especially with U13 plus rosters over 20. Find a different club that views him differently or get to work.

My kid loves intense competition. Even he is the youngest in this new ECNL team and the only Q4 (Dec.), he embrace the challenge and enjoy much higher and fair competition than his former MLS team, as there is no longer biobanding shit here.
