How do you think Roberts is holding up?

What is WRONG with you?!?? Seriously.

Roberts single-handedly saved Obamacare.

He also gave us unlimited donations by corporations and billionaires and put the POTUS above the law. Even a broken clock is right once a day--he doesn't get so much credit for "saving" Obamacare which was authorized by Congress even if a few right-wing nut jobs wanted to kill it.

The saying is “even a broken clock is right twice a day,” which is once more than Roberts has really stuck his neck out in the name of justice.

A broken clock is NOT right TWICE a day.

Do you understand how time even works?

You can’t really be this stupid….right? a clock stuck at 7 o’clock will be correct twice in one day. 7am and 7pm. I can’t believe I just had to type that out.

DP. It depends on the clock. A broken digital clock is never right. A broken analog clock COULD be right twice a day, but not if it's a military time face.

+1 Roberts broke American democracy. Presidents that are above the law. The unchecked flow of dark money into political campaigns. He'll be an infamous Chief Justice.

+2 Roberts is also a monster

Then WHY is everyone in this thread (except me) so adamant that he NOT resign???

If he’s this bad, why do people here want him to stay? WTH? It makes no sense at all.

Because I’d rather have Roberts than, say, Hegseth. Or RFK Jr. Or Tiffany Trump. Or Melania. Or Vance. Or Trump himself.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but technically, I don’t think the Constitution has any specific prerequisites for being a Supreme Court Justice. The current crop of Republicans are pretty much rubber stamping anyone Trump puts up for positions, and for the SC, they’ll go young — for maximum longevity. So, PP, because I’d MUCH rather have Roberts than JD Vance.

Well, there's always Red Cruz.

The saying is twice a day because the saying predates digital clocks and most people don’t operate on military time. It’s about the kind of clocks people had in their homes.

+1 Is the PP so stupid that he thinks there's only one type of clock?

The saying is twice a day. You can take that up with the people who popularized it.
