Would you fly out of DCA in March?

I am not a nervous person, but I would probably avoid traveling at night to/from DCA.

I sort of figure (a) I am 100 percent guaranteed to die one day no matter what, and (b) it's pretty unlikely that a plane crash will be the cause of it, also no matter what. So I don't plan to avoid DCA as a result of this tragedy. It's definitely safer to fly from there and take Metro to the airport than it is to fly from IAD and drive there, at least by actual crash stats.

I am guessing they shut down the helicopter routes underneath the flight paths indefinitely.

I’m sitting on a plane at DCA about to take off so yes March would be fine for me.

I would fly out of DCA today. Yesterday. And Tomorrow. Just booked another trip after spring break. All DCA.

Y’all are nuts.

Does one use "y'all" for the singular?

No.

DCA was not risky before and not risky now.

Even Trump said it was unsafe because of the DEI hires. Those hires are still there.

Good luck!

Trump just said it again. Trump said mentally defective people are in the ATC towers directing planes.
