Stop going to Cheesecake Factory.
High end places serve smaller portions. Getting full is a lmc concept.

You are contributing to food waste. If only you had your own planet to soil and not one that we all have to share.

My wife and I do lots of food sharing at restaurants. I used to be embarrassed by this behavior but not anymore. The portions are just too big.

We shared a grilled chicken salad this past weekend and it was so large that she and I ate out of it and still had some left to take home.

Please name these restaurants.
Then we can get a sense of what 1/4 serving amounts to.

Oh, my teen sons definitely can. They are both athletes.

We went to Sweetwater Tavern for my DD's bday this past weekend (her pick), and this is what my 17 yo son ordered & ate: firecracker shrimp starter for himself, ate some of the calamari & bread that were ordered for the table, salad, drunken ribeye with mushrooms & baked potato, added a side of broccolini, and a flourless chocolate waffle for dessert. We went at 1 and were there for 90 mins. By 4 pm he was rummaging around in the kitchen and asking what was for dinner.

you are an idiot.

Old people eat a lot less, especially if they aren’t fat. You are remembering your teenage appetites, not massive differences in serving size.
