Club neutral means all clubs are welcome, no clubs are advocated for by the staff or favored, and likely that no kit for youth clubs are allowed.

You do know where the owner of HP elite works right?

Where?

A sitting director at Valor, VDA, and PWSI. Conflict of interest? Nah, money over everything. #merica

Wait until you find out which clubs have directors on board who are also talent scouts for US Soccer. You can wield a lot of power when you can influence who gets invited where when trying to bring players to your program.

Who? Corruption needs to end

BP is a US Soccer talent scout, also girls director at VDA. Some will say it has no influence, no bearing, no conflict, I won't believe that for a second. Not in US Soccer or youth soccer, this country can't even contain conflicts of interest at the highest levels of government and people want to say that there's none here lol.

In an ideal scenario, talent scouts for US Soccer shouldn't be able to hold positions at any clubs to assure zero biases, but that's unrealistic since there isn't anybody that's going to do this out of the kindness of their heart for the good of the collective.

I don't know or care who "BP" is. How is this rant related to the discussion of HP elite? Start your own thread.

Relates to conflicts of interest in youth soccer, just giving examples where it exists throughout, not only in the example of HPEB.

Is that legally allowed?
“Clubs” don’t have anti-competition clauses?

What is the conflict of interest in HPEB?

We did both indoor winter training and Friday night lights with HPElite.
Indoor was a lot of standing around and almost exclusively shooting. Friday night lights was exactly that... small sided scrimmages on Friday night. We only did this once and wont do it again.

What’s a money grab? It’s a business.
