Right now it looks like the swing votes are Barrett, Roberts and to a lesser extent Kavanaugh.

I could predicted how thomas, alito and gorsuch would vote on any case with 100% accuracy.

They have all been swing votes. My point on Dobbs was it was 5-4 so Thomas vs a different new justice would have switched that result.
There are other cases where those three voted differently than expected.

Name a case where you couldn't predict thomas's vote that went 5-4.

Read Robert's opinion carefully. That was a 5-4 vote.

This is the part I think is probbaly most relevant.

It was a 6-3 vote on the decision and a 5-4 vote on overturning roe outright.

So? Which of the 5 justices that voted to overturn Roe outright (and not just that part of roe Roberts mentions) did you feel was a swing vote?

Thomas has been on the court for 33+ years, right? Does anyone know how long he has to stay to become the longest-serving justice? It has to be pretty close. How old will he be then?
