Which gold bracelet to buy?

Anonymous
People often look better in either gold or silver. If you look better in silver, which I’d bet you do, since you’re drawn to it, you’ll never be fully satisfied with a gold bracelet. Buy something in platinum instead.

In fact, if you’re going to drop a grand on jewelry and you haven’t gotten your colors done, I’d recommend getting your colors done. I got mine done at Color Guru, but there are many places that offer this service in person, too. There’s even a Reddit forum for color analysis, if you don’t feel like splashing out.

I know this one is probably also considered “played out” but if I had the money to spare, I always wanted this one

OP here. Thanks for all the feedback!

I am curious about this. Are you able to put it on and take it off by yourself? Is it tricky? I am right handed and would wear it on right wrist. Can I screw this my left hand?

The love bracelet is designed to not come off. I’ve had mine on for over 10 years now. And removed it maybe 3 times. And I love it.

Is it all scratched after 10 years? I am always so curious about this. I always remove my jewelry if I am sitting at a computer, gardening, doing the dishes, etc.

Not really scratched. It’s pretty heavy gold. You just forget it’s there really. I’ll want to remove my rings when I do dishes but it’s never bothered me for the bracelet. You don’t want to buy it too big though because that would make it move around more, like a bangle. But you don’t it too tight either. I would say it fits like a watch that moves slightly.

OP do you normally wear bracelets? If not, I'd consider getting a less expensive one in about the same size and wearing it for awhile before you invest. You may find you hate it, especially if you type on a computer a lot or use your hands/wrists a lot for any reason.

I do wear a stack, including a chunky Tiffany bangle, but I'll admit that the bracelets annoy me with some regularity.
